After your show is booked we will follow-up with you to ask questions about your space and how to access it on the day of the show. We will also message you on the day of the show to confirm your booking.
Please look out for these messages and respond promptly to avoid delays.
- Email us to reserve a date and time and answer questions for your booking
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your gig date and time
- Pay your booking deposit via PayPal
- Respond to follow-up questions (as needed)
Communication

Day of Show
We will arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before our show is scheduled to start. If a sound check is needed, and earlier arrival time will be arranged.

Our Travel Policy
Bookings that require travel farther than 15 miles will incur an additional charge (business miles.) Please refer to the map below and reach out to us if you have questions.
Our Payment Policy
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due the day of the show.
Please be prepared to pay the balance on the day of the booking prior to the start of our performance. Payment will be accepted via check, cash, PayPal or Zelle.
Failure to pay the balance could result in the cancellation of your show.

Our Cancelation Policy
Bookings can be canceled for a refund of the deposit up to 48-hours before the show is scheduled. Canceling fewer than 48-hour before the scheduled booking will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
Our Late Policy
Punctuality is important to us and we respect your time. For that reason we take start delays pretty seriously. But we also know that things can happen, so we give you (and ourselves) a grace period of 10 minutes. Delays greater than 10 minutes are handled in the following ways:
If a show start is delayed by the client more than 10 minutes, the time will be deducted from the total show time so that our performance can end no later than 10-minutes past the time end-time agreed to in our booking agreement.
If a show start is delayed by The Peppermint Patties more than 10 minutes, due to events out of our control (like traffic accidents or other emergencies) we will contact you immediately and give you a few options:

- Cancel the gig for a full refund
- Approve a delayed start time (we perform the full duration of the booked program)
- Approve a shortened program for a prorated discount
